Believing in our drive to connect through relationships, I work from a space of collaboration. It is my desire to accompany you, to be a witness for you and offer a safe nonjudgmental space for you to look inward and find the answers that lie within you.
I believe transition is a process unique to every individual, occurring throughout our lifetime. My goal is to help you find and engage your personal power and find balance through transition. I can offer you guidance through the barriers that have prevented growth, thereby giving you space to explore, and strengthen your personal knowledge and skills as you continue on your journey.
When you are ready to take the next step, I look forward to helping you find you in transformation. No one knows your life and experiences better than you.
